Student cancellations or requests to reschedule for another course date(s) will be accepted with a written notification received, via e-mail to info@rsrescue.ca a minimum seven (7) days prior to course.  Cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the course, or students who do not show, will be charged the full course fee.  Substitutions will happily be accepted as long as the student has sufficient time to complete the required pre course material and it complies with the above cancellation policy.
